April, 18, the management of COFCO Group paid a visit to Tongwei Group, and received warm welcome from Tongwei Group board chairman Liu Hanyuan, and Tongwei Co., Ltd. president Yan Hu.

The management visited Tongwei’s exhibition hall and listened to specific introduction of Tonwei’s development and its operation management and corporate culture.

At the meeting, Mr. Liu was greatly positive about Tongwei and COFCO’s mutual collaboration, and hoped the two sides could carry on long term complementary, multi-level, multi-area, in-depth cooperation.

Mr. Tong from COFCO said, this is the first visit for COFCO to visit large domestic feed company for cooperation talk. The delegation is highly impressed by Tongwei’s achievements. He hoped that both sides can continue to make greater contributions through deeper collaboration in wider areas. 

During the meeting, the two sides reached agreement on raw material purchase of corn and corn gluten meal, as well as other strategic cooperation matters.
