May, 10, the 2010 annual general meeting of Tongwei Co., Ltd. was held at Tongwei. Shareholder representative of Tongwei group Liu Hanyuan, shareholder representative of Sichuan Meishan Jinteng investment and development Co., Ltd. Liu Shaoqing， Nominee Shareholder of Quebec Savings Investment Group and Norges Bank, Li Gaofei attended the meeting as corporate shareholders. He zhilin，Liu Hanzhong, Xiong Zhaoming, Chen Wenzuo were present as individual shareholders. General manager of Tongwei Co.,Ltd. Yan Hu, Outside Director Wang Ruojun, independent director Gan Shengdao, Director and vice general manager Chen Pingfu, Director and CFO Yuan Shihua, chairman of the board of directors Yan Baoquan attended the meeting. Presided by Liu Hanyuan, the meeting summarized the overall business investment during the year of 2010 of Tongwei Co., Ltd., and made careful study and discussions on related issues. The meeting finally reviewed and unanimously passed 10 motions including the 2010 annual report board of directors, 2010 annual report board of supervisors, and 2010 annual financial report.
