May 3 -13, the auditing department of Tongwei Co., Ltd. started 9-day auditing work conference and related training. The meeting summarized 1st stage auditing work of 2011, and made clear the audit ideas and key issues for next stage.

During the meeting, the invited senior management advisor Dr. Chen Fang offered E Q training to the auditors. Meanwhile, financial dept., H.R. dept., information center, and production dept. had training and discussions on authorization system, examination system, ERP and invoicing practice, and remote auditing ideas.

Chairman Liu gave confirmation to the auditing department’s improvement and optimization on auditing procedures, and further required the auditing officers to differentiate between matters of principle and non-principle, and ensure both the quality and efficiency of auditing. Mr. Yan gave credit to the importance of auditing on the company’s sound production and management, and specifically introduced the company’s management mode transition as well as its development orientation.
