In order to strengthen the on-site management, supervise the construction schedule, and solve practical problems for Tongwei Solar Company Shuangliu project phase one construction, August 11, accompanied by commander of Tongwei Solar Company Shuangliu project headquarters Huang Longxing, deputy director of management Committee of Chengdu Shuangliu Xihang Port Economic Development Zone Zhang Jichuan and Pu Guisen, Chengdu Xihang Port Construction Investment Co., Ltd. Chairman Wang Zhu and other government officials gathered at the project site for supervision and instruction.
 
　　The high temperature and rainy season brought great difficulty to the project’s ground leveling, and influenced the construction schedule. However, with the support of Shuangliu county party committee, Shuangliu government, Xihang Port management Committee and Western Investment Company, workers worked overtime and increased equipment input to meet the deadline of the project. August 7, 40% of the ground leveling work had been done. Also, electric power project and related work were being properly done thorough investigation, design, safety evaluation, environment evaluation, and equipment procurement.

According to the progress of ground leveling and overall construction arrangements, the leadership gave a lot of effective advice and instructed on project progress, safety management, and building materials transportation. Government and construction company leaders expressed their determination to support and serve Tongwei Solar Photovoltaic Project in strict accordance with the requirement of the first-class quality project.
