October, 18-22, the Western China International Fair (hereinafter referred to as the WCIF), which is co-hosted by 15 national ministries/commissions, 12 provinces (autonomous regions and municipality) in the western China and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, was held in Chengdu. It bases on the western region to seek for a development nationwide and even worldwide. It serves as an important platform in the western region for summit diplomacy, a platform for investment promoting and trade cooperation, a major carrier for the Chinese government to put forward the West-to-West Cooperation, East-to-West Cooperation and Domestic-to-Overseas Cooperation, as well as the biggest portal and most significant platform for the opening-up of the western China.

The main exhibition venue of the 12th WCIF will cover an area of 120,000 m2, including six halls, namely, Western Cooperation Hall, International Cooperation Hall, Hi-tech Hall, Equipment Manufacturing Hall, Electronic Information Hall and Agriculture Hall, and outdoor exhibition area.

Tongwei’s booth was at the Equipment Manufacturing Hall. Yongxiang Co., Ltd., Yongxiang Polysilicon Co., Ltd., Tongwei Solar, and Tongwei Food all attracted a large number of visitors and potential customers and received high credit.
