Organized by Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the awarding ceremony of 2012 Redbud Cup for Outstanding Entrepreneurs was held in Beijing. Standing committee member of the CPPCC, board chairman of Tongwei Group Liu Hanyuan received the award.

As the invited guest at the conference, Mr. Liu made a speech and introduced Tongwei Group’s development progress and its business focus on new energy. China’s rapid economic development, he pointed out, and all the transition in production and development method is fundamentally the transition in new energy domain. Without clean and sustainable energy in producing method, China’s economic development would encounter bottlenecks. Unbearable energy consumption would only hinder China’s rise as a big power.
