May, 4, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Committee, Governor of Sichuan Jiang Jufeng, and officials from Sichuan Government, Economy and Informationization committee, Environmental Protection Office, Development and Reform Committee, as well as Leshan officials paid a visit to Yongxiang Polysilicon. The visitors received warm welcome from Chairman Liu Hanyuan, Giastar Group President Tang Guangyao, and Yongxiang Co., Ltd. Chairman Feng Dezhi.

Governor Jiang inquired about the recent market of polysilicon and Yongxiang’s current operation status. He gave high credit to Yongxiang’s technique innovation and effective operation, and required the departments of all levels to offer policy support for polysilicon companies.

Mr. Jiang and delegation visited Yongxiang’s polysilicon production line, factory area, and listened to project introduction and work briefing from secretary of the CPC Leshan committee Tang Jian on Leshan’s economic development mode transition, and industrial reconstruction, especially the development of representative polysilicon companies among emerging industries. He hoped Sichuan Government would give more support for silicon material and solar PV industry development.

After listening to Chairman Liu’s report on polysilicon market and related business operation, Mr. Jiang said, while polysilicon industry is going through challenge of economic downturn, Yongxiang Polysilicon is still making profits with its idea of recirculation comprehensive utilization. This is the way and great example for other peers to follow in terms of technology innovation and sustainable development.
