According to General Manager of Tongwei Properties Ltd. Chen Lin， the main building of Tongwei Tower has completed floor concreting for the 25th floor. The roof-ceiling of the building will take place in early October.

For the smooth completion of the project, the project team did excellent work on foundation pit earthwork and wall supporting system, base float resisting anchor rod engineering, basement structure engineering, podium part engineering, basic waterproof engineering, as well as backfill of pit.

Additionally, Chairman Liu attaches great importance to the building of Tongwei Tower, and keeps close tabs on the project’s progress.

Tongwei Tower is a super-5A office building with a total height of 169 meters. The gross floor area is over 120,000 square meters. The building integrates offices, restaurants, gyms and over 2,000 parking spaces. The check and acceptance of the project is preliminarily set in May, 2013. After completion, it will be one of the nouveau landmarks of Chengdu.
