July1，themed with "polysilicon –trapped by low price, ready for industrial integration", the "new energy 6 + 1 salon" was held in Beijing. China resources comprehensive utilization committee Li Junfeng, Liu Danyang, deputy director of the fair trade bureau of Ministry of Commerce, as well as experts and scholars in the sector attend the salon.  Chairman Liu Hanyuan was invited to attend the event and gave a keynote speech.

At the conference, Chairman said, the polysilicon development must be recognized and enter the mainstream market, for all the pressures the industry faces. The government needs to support the industry. Polysilicon has a high return per unit area。Its feature of ’high pollution, high consumption’ is just a prejudice. The government should give support in order to fully bring into play the industry’s advantages and significance.
