September, 8, Hai Duong Tongwei celebrated its grand opening. Vietnam industry administrative commission director Mai Đức Chọn, commercial counselor of the Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s Office, Chinese embassy to Vietnam Xu Qisong, general manager of Tongwei Co., Ltd. Yan Hu, board secretary and chief investment officer Li Gaofei, as well as officials from Vietnam feed association, attended the ceremony.

GM Yan Hu addressed the ceremony and expressed his sincere gratitude to the support from Chinese Embassy, as well as officials from Vietnamese Ministry of Agriculture and Hai Duong government. Hai Duong Tongwei, he said, is Tongwei Group’s second wholly-owned subsidiary. The establishment of preparation started from August, 2011.

The production line was put into operation in June, 2012. The company completed sales assignment of the year on August, 25, 2012. With a total investment of $10 million USD, Hai Duong Tongwei occupies an area of 30,000 square meters. The company owns the world’s most advanced feed production equipment, with a designed capacity of 20,000 tons/year.
