February, 4 – 6, adhering to the guideline of Seizing Opportunities, Seeking Steadfast Development, Tongwei Group successfully held the 2012-2013 annual summary and planning conference. Board chairman of Tongwei Group Liu Hanyuan, President Guan Yamei, EVP Zhuo Yujiao, Chairman of Board of supervisors Chen Xingyu, VP Hu Rongzhu, Huang Qigang, President of Tongwei Ltd. Yan Hu, Chairman of Board of supervisors Yan Baoquan, as well as GMs and almost 200 staff members attended the conference.

Ms. Zhuo presided over the meeting. Mr. Huang Qigang, VP of Tongwei Ltd. Chen Pingfu respectively made work reports of Tongwei Group and Tongwei Ltd.. Ms. Zhuo and Mr. Yan made management planning reports. Additionally, the officers in charge from segments of Tongwei Ltd. shared typical cases and experiences at the meeting, and made reports on the new energy business segment.

During the conference, the 2012 exemplar team and outstanding employees in corporate culture building were awarded. Chairman Liu gave high credit to the selection activity, and made a keynote speech at the conference.

Mr. Liu expatiated on the issues of strategic significance of agriculture, new energy business, as well as market system control, and talent introduction mechanism. He further made new requirements on marketing management and technique innovation for the next year.
