With a total investment of RMB￥1 billion from Tongwei Group, the Tongwei International Center will fully initiate its business leasing promotion in April.
Located at the Tianfu District, the TIC is a super-5A office building with 39 floors and 3 floors underground with a total height of 169 meters. The planned net land area exceeds 17,000 square meters, and the gross floor area is 123,800 square meters.
