July, 16, accompanied by Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce Director Xie Kaihua, and Deputy Director Yang Chunxuan, Vice governor of Sichuan Government Gan Lin paid a visit to Tongwei, and received warm welcome from Board Chairman Liu Hanyuan, and VP & Investment Director Li Gaofei.

Chairman Liu introduced to the guests Tongwei’s top performing product portfolio of Hainan Purebred Crucian Carp. After visiting TW’s exhibition hall, Mr. Gan gave high credit to Tongwei’s steadfast development and achievements during its 30-year history.

At the conference afterwards, Mr. Li Gaofei introduced to the visitors Tongwei’s agriculture business segment, with a focus on the company’s efforts in practicing the government’s ’Going out’ development strategy with the platform of Singapore-Sichuan Cooperation.

Chairman Liu expatiated on Tongwei’s planning on international development strategies, especially on the company’s outstanding achievements and its future planning at Southeastern Asia markets in recent years. He further hoped that the government and competent authorities could offer more support in this regard.

Mr. Gan inquired about the situation of the feed sector so far this year, as well as the current challenges facing the agriculture and animal husbandry sectors. After exchanging ideas with the attendees, he brought forward some practical ideas for solutions. He said, as the well-known enterprise in Sichuan and China, Tongwei has made great contributions to social growth and economic development. The government will make greater efforts in policy support to prepare Tongwei for its next leap forward.
