May, 19, the working conference of business council of China Democratic National Construction Association was held in Lanzhou. Standing committee member of CDNCA, board chairman of Tongwei Group Liu Hanyuan was invited to attend the conference.

Deputy Secretary of the CPC Gansu committee addressed the conference. Vice Chairman of the NPC standing committee Chen Changzhi made a keynote speech.

At the conference, Mr. Liu Hanyuan made 2013 work summary of the business council. Mr. Liu reviewed the year of 2013, and said the Enterprise Committee conscientiously carried out researches, prepared proposals and formed the report of "China’s current economic situation analysis and policy recommendations".

Additionally, the Committee submitted two proposals on supporting and accelerating the development of the PV sector, and received instructions from Premier Li Keqiang, Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli, and Vice Premier Makai. Mr. Liu mentioned, the Committee will continue to build learning platforms for member companies through various channels. The main work of the Committee in 2014 will still be the participation in and deliberation of state affairs, continue to support 2014 Non-public Forum, the Straits Logistics Forum, and further explore new ideas to promote exchanges and cooperation.
