Mr. Liu Hanyuan, the Standing Committee Member of the 11^th CPPCC, Executive Vice Chairman, New Energy Chamber of Commerce, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Board Chairman of Tongwei Group attended the 8^th New Energy International Forum.

The 8th New Energy International Forum was held in the National Convention Centre on 7^th of June. The topic of this forum is "The Revolution of Ecological Civilization and New energy", aims to talk about how to realize the common development of the construction of ecological civilization and new energy industry. After the excellent speeches of experts, the highlight of this BBS, "photovoltaic giants dialogue: distributed solar PV", officially opened. The conversation with " Business Model and Policy Innovation" as the theme, Chairman Liu Hanyuan and Mr. Li Hejun, the Chairman of Hanergy Holding Group; Zhang Zhengyu, the chairman of Hi-Tech Wealth deeply discussed with the guests about " whether the Chinese photovoltaic industry will comprehensive recovery", "the key obstacle of the development of distributed photovoltaic " and other hot issues and the future of the PV industry. Chairman Liu said, so far, the PV industry is in a blind follow suit phenomenon, the battery companies want to produce battery components, battery components companies want to produce the silicon wafer, and the silicon wafer makers want to produce poly-silicon and be a power generation company, so many companies are blindly in it and can’t find the direction. Our enterprises should be rationally to follow the law of social division of labor and the differentia competition of the market, so we can withstand the test of two or three years PV winter. The chairman Liu’s speech was approved by the present guests. Chairman Mr. Li Hejun, said, new energy enterprises should have a common faith, which is take the place of the traditional energy on a large scale, the PV enterprises should focus on cooperation. Chairman Zhang Zhengyu also talked about the development of the PV industry, the PV industry must abandon the bureaucratic capitalism situation and the differentia competition will make PV industry benefit a lot.

In the questions and answers section, Chairman Chen Yongsheng from Jiangsu Sheng Guang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. said, as one of the fans of Chairman Liu for many years, the main purpose of this visit is to discuss with Chairman Liu whether the use of distributed generation in the highway construction is feasible. Chairman Liu enthusiastic answered him that our country built 100,000 km highway in the past ten years, and there must be more in the future, its length will surpass the United States and become the longest in world. If the power generation equipment rationally utilized in the highway resources, in the case of a 100,000 km highway which will be able to generate 100 million kilowatts of installed capacity, and sunshade power generation parking shed is more comfortable than the open, so Yes or No? I say Yes. Chairman Liu’s answers were full of confidence and humor, and got applause of all the guests. And this dialogue successfully ended.
