Chairman Liu is giving a speech on the conference
Chairman Liu gave a keynote speech on this conference on September 22, 2014, which was held in Chengdu. The theme of this conference is “The Way to Deal with Feed Raw Material Risk under the New Situation”, around 600 representatives attended in the conference which are from corn deep-processing, feed and trade industry chain enterprises and related government department, industry association, finance and information institution. The 11th Standing Member of the CPPCC, Board Chairman of Tongwei Group, Mr. Liu Hanyuan was invited to give a speech, which was named “The Opportunities and challenges for The Feed and Aquaculture Enterprises under the New Situation”.
Chairman Liu said that firstly, the biggest challenge of the feed and aquaculture industry is the policy trend of the government, the government’s policy will become more and more difficult because of the present industry background, so the policy making is becoming more cautious. He also said that the fixed-asset investment increase(y-o-y) is very low from Jan.- Aug. of this year compared to the last 20 years, at the same time, M1, M2 are also stay at about 10%,which is also very low compared to the last 20 year. So the economic developing speed was influenced in some degree and caused a big risk of hard landing and economic downturn. Secondly, under the background of macro economy, the government should moderately relax the monetary issue and increase its mobility, and investment strength, which will continue drive the high speed developing of China economy and maintain the speed of our economy, so as to avoid the hard landing. Thirdly, for the industry itself, which need change the developing way and the concept of economy increase, transfer the quality increase to value increase. He also emphasis that through the last 30 years’ quantity development to the future 30 years’ quality development, we should realize our advantages on services, products quality and brand building, which are very important for every feed industry friends .
