On April 4^th,2015, the second training of Tongwei university ‘s Xin Rui Plan was officially unveiled at Tongwei International Center. Through the remote video,91 trainees from the subsidiaries took part in this ceremony. He Ping, Chief Human Resource Officer and president of Tongwei University delivered a speech at this ceremony.

At this ceremony, president He pointed that, during the past 2 years, we had picked up 91 trainees from more than 170 new cadres to participated in the Xin Rui Plan. This remote video ceremony brought innovation to the forms of training and organization, which was also used in the education of Tongwei University and had been promoting the efficiency of the training.

Liu Xi from Tongwei Group’s Ministry of Supervision, had brought us a class at this training——construction of a clean and honest administration. Mr. Liu interacted with the trainees and strengthened their understandings to the policies of honest administration with interesting teaching methods. The trainees said that compared with the common trainings, the contend and form of this training was more fresh and new, what’s more, the knowledge of the policy delivered by the teacher was more practical for daily working as well.

It is reported that this year’s Xin Rui Plan will launch 2 classes online and one intensive training in order to promote the innovation of studying, trainees’ working capability and the management performance through the combination of studying online and below-the-line. The online study’s starting of Tongwei University is not only a innovation of  the online study form but also the first step for Tongwei University to the form of the combination of internet and training. The trainees has laid a solid foundation for a more capacious development in the future.
