On May 16, Shi Xiaolin, Member of the CPC Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Chengdu Municipal Committee,  accompanied by Du Haibo, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Chengdu Municipal Committee, Secretary of the CPC Longquanyi District Committee, Secretary of the CPC Working Committee of the Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Wang Daoming, Secretary of Party Leadership Group and Director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Mao Jun, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shuangliu District Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the District People's Government, and Deputy Head of the District, and other relevant municipal and district leaders, visited TW Solar Shuangliu Base for research and guidance. Mr. Xiao introduced the relevant information such as the operation of Tongwei Co., Ltd., the development of new energy industry chain, the scale of TW Solar's energy production capacity, the investment in Chengdu and the development planning in detail to the group delegated by Secretary Shi Xiaolin and expressed heartfelt thanks to the CPC Chengdu Municipal Committee and Municipal Government for their always concern and support for TW's development in Chengdu. Chen Jun, Assistant General Manager of TW Solar, gave a detailed report on TW Solar's talent structure, recruitment strategy, talent development system, skill improvement channels, talent recruitment plan, and suggestions on stabilizing posts and expanding employment in Chengdu, and expressed gratitude to human resources and social security departments at all levels for their support and help to TW Solar.
